Our Patient Care Tower
You can view a floor-by-floor description of the services and locations available in our patient care tower.
Parking
Parking is available for free in front of the hospital and across Lake Avenue. Parking for the Emergency Department is located on the south side of the building near the walk-in ED entrance. All patients and visitors are encouraged to park in the yellow areas closest to their hospital destination:
- For provider office visits & outpatient testing: Enter Door A
- For patient visitation: Enter Door H
- For Emergency Dept: Enter Door E
Welcome desks
ARMC redcoats and volunteers are available weekdays to answer questions and direct patients and visitors to their destinations. Welcome desks are located in the Dr. Shin E. Huang Atrium and at the middle entrance to The Ashtabula Clinic.
Family Lounges and Waiting Areas
ARMC offers several locations for families and friends to wait in patient care areas. Lounges and waiting areas in the patient care tower can be seen in our floor-by-floor description. In the legacy hospital building, there are waiting areas for endoscopy and near central registration.
Cafeteria
The ARMC Cafe is open for patients and visitors and features a variety of grab-and-go items, hot meals, salads, and more. Vending machines are located outside the cafeteria. The cafeteria is open:
Monday-Friday
Breakfast: 7 to 10 a.m.
Lunch: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Weekends
All service: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Other food or beverages
The Huffman Mayer Wealth Management Group Gift Shop on the first floor of the patient care tower offers a variety of candy and snack items.
The Dr. Alexander and Caroline Taich Public Lounge features a coffee, tea, and beverage machine for hot or cold drinks.
Other information
ARMC's campus is a tobacco-free site as part of our commitment to a healthier community. It also protects sensitive and vulnerable patients, visitors, and caregivers from harmful smoke. We ask that anyone who wishes to smoke leave the campus. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and similar combustion of tobacco.
